Shipping Policy

We use SingPost for the delivery of our products. For Standard Shipping, your purchase will be delivered to your mailbox.

Your orders will only be processed after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are shipped on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).

Our shipping fee is according to the weight of your purchase to ensure you get a fair deal!

Delivery may takes between 3 to 8 working days. If you do not receive your items after 3 weeks, you may wish to contact us.

During festive seasons, do allow more time for delivery due to high volume of orders. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

For Standard Shipping, we will not be liable to loss the mail (we seek your kind understanding on this). You may opt for a registered mail at an additional $2.25 on top of the Standard Shipping rates (simply select Registered Mail when making your purchase)

International shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We will update here when we do!
